Avenue des Chams-Elysees Paris at the eve of Christmas-2011 and to Welcome 2012


Following pictures are of the ‘Avenue des Chams-Elysees’, considered, or marketed as the most beautiful avenue in the world. French people take pride in calling it as ‘La plus belle avenue du monde! I can not say if it is really the most beautiful avenue of the world - as I will have to personally visit the other beautiful avenues of the different countries. However, one thing is for sure; it is certainly one of the most beautiful, and expensive avenues of the world.

Avenue des Chams-Elysees is decorated every year at the eve of Christmas and the arrival of the new year. Hundreds of thousands tourists from different countries across the globe to welcome the new year and make new year resolutions in Paris, the city of lights and love!

Following pictures were taken at the eve of Christmas 2011. This time Avenue des Chams-Elysees was decorated in a slightly different way. Have a look.
